Registration Process

All delegates will receive written confirmation of registration by e-mail when the registration form has been submitted and the payment has been credited to the conference account.

​

When registering for the conference, you will have to agree to the General Terms & Conditions for participants and the Data Protection Information.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests for the registration fee must be sent in writing to NetSci2023 Logistics: AIM Group Secretariat, e-mail: netsci.registration@aimgroup.eu.

​

For cancellation requests received by June 2, 2023 (inclusive), the registration fee minus an administrative charge of 50€ will be refunded on an ongoing basis, at the latest after the conference.

​

Cancellation requests received after the deadline will not be refunded.

​

For name changes or invoice changes an administrative fee of 25€ will be charged.

Invitation letter for Visa

Visitors from non-Schengen countries must possess a passport valid for at least a three-month stay. To begin with the procedure, participants are advised to locate their respective diplomatic missions or embassy. As offices aren’t available in all countries, it is necessary to either apply at an embassy representing Austria or to travel to an assigned embassy in another country. Please note that the visa procedure can take up to one to two months.

Reimbursement requests caused by visa denial or expatriation of the delegate will be handled on an individual basis.

How to get an Invitation Letter?
Conditions for obtaining an invitation letter are as follows:
        • Paid registration fee or Waived registration

 

You can request a VISA invitation letter during the registration process. You will receive the letter by email after paying the registration fee.

Payment Terms

Booked registration fees are binding and must be paid in advance. Payments can be done via bank transfer or credit card. Any bank charges will be charged to the payer. Registration fees depend on the date your payment is received and will be adjusted accordingly if the payment is not received by the relevant deadline.
